Prior to founding KEYES, Lynda held marketing and corporate management positions in the health insurance industry. For over 25 years, she's demonstrated her expertise in the people side of quality...empowering people and organizations through behavior analysis, personal development and team building. 

Lynda has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Behavior Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration. She is a Licensed Associate of the Inscape Publishing, 1996 President of the Utah Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, member of SHRM, member of Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and Board Member Murray City Civil Service Commission.
